Merchant booths line the field behind Williams Elementary School in Oakland during Oakfest. This annual celebration takes place on the Friday and Saturday of the fourth weekend in July (July 25 & 26 this year) and includes a parade, food trucks, and a street dance on Friday and a classic car show, a kids’ section, live music, and many vendors on Saturday.
